The Artist:
Ben Howington is the artist behind Mormon Guitar, a popular website and YouTube channel where he creates unique guitar arrangements of hymns and other gospel songs. Since starting Mormon Guitar, Ben has appeared on the cover of the Mormon Times, The Deseret News, LDS Living, and has been featured on BYU-TV’s popular show Latter-day Profiles. He’s released two popular albums through Deseret Book — Mormon Guitar: A Renewed Love for Hymns, and Mormon Guitar: Tune My Heart. Ben’s signature BennVogel guitar features the unique colors of his Mormon Guitar brand and was custom designed to be a monster of a guitar in both full band and solo guitar settings. In Ben’s words: “This guitar is a beast. It growls when I want it to and can also let every note sing through with distinction.”
